Lyophilized rabbit brain Thromboplastin to determine Prothrombin Time (PT).
ISI value (International Sensitivity Index) is about 1.1 and it can slightly change depending on production lot. Also, ISI value could depend on used instrument.
After rehydrating with distilled water, reagent stability is of 7 days at 2-8 °C.
